Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 5, 2026 · Last Updated: August 5, 2026
This policy explains the information SEENERA processes, why it is used, and the choices available to you when using our website, tools, payments, and client platform.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business or brand name, email address, phone number, billing details, project brief, messages, support requests, files, references, and account credentials. Payment providers process card, bank, and wallet credentials; SEENERA generally receives payment references, status, amount, currency, and limited payer information rather than full financial credentials. We also receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps, security signals, and service logs.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, respond to enquiries, prepare estimates, process and reconcile payments, manage projects, deliver creative work, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain audit records, comply with legal and accounting obligations, and improve reliability and usability. We may send transactional messages related to your account, order, project, security, or support request. Promotional communication is sent only where permitted, and you may opt out of it.
3. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
Necessary cookies and local storage keep authentication, checkout, security, preferences, and core platform functions working. Optional analytics and advertising technologies, which may include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and Google AdSense, are loaded only after you select “Accept optional” in the consent banner. Selecting “Necessary only” prevents those optional scripts from loading. You can change or clear your choice through your browser storage settings. Payment and security providers may use their own necessary technologies when you interact with their services.
4. Service Providers
We use service providers to operate the platform. Depending on the feature you use, these may include Cloudflare for DNS, network security, bot protection, and content delivery; Vercel for application hosting; MongoDB Atlas and Supabase for databases or file storage; Google services for authentication, files, forms, email, analytics, or business operations; Notion and Tally for operational workflows; Sentry for error monitoring; and Razorpay, PayPal, Wise, Cashfree, PayU, or other configured providers for payments. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal data.
5. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and loss. These include HTTPS, secure session cookies, access controls, request validation, rate limits, security headers, webhook signature verification, restricted secret handling, backups where configured, and Cloudflare edge protections when enabled. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
6. Data Sharing
We share information only as needed to provide requested services, operate the platform, process payments, investigate abuse, protect users or SEENERA, comply with law, or complete a business reorganisation. Creative personnel may access only the project information required for their assigned work. We may disclose information to authorities or professional advisers when reasonably necessary for legal, security, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
7. Retention
We retain account, project, communication, payment, and security records for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, dispute handling, fraud prevention, backups, accounting, tax, contractual, and legal requirements. Retention periods vary by data type and jurisdiction. Project files may be removed or archived after delivery according to the applicable service agreement. When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymise, or securely restrict it where reasonably practicable.
8. Your Choices & Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information, and you may object to or withdraw consent for optional processing. Some information cannot be deleted immediately when it is required for payment reconciliation, tax, fraud prevention, legal claims, or security. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
9. International Processing
SEENERA serves clients in multiple countries and uses providers that may process information in India, the United States, and other locations. Data-protection rules may differ between countries. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and contractual or technical safeguards appropriate to the service and information involved.
10. Children
SEENERA is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly create accounts for children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so that we can review and remove it where appropriate.
11. Changes & Contact
