Terms of Service

These terms govern SEENERA creative services, online tools, AI-assisted features, payments, projects, and client engagements.
1. Service Agreement
By placing an order, accepting a written proposal, or using a paid SEENERA service, you agree to the applicable service description, project brief, checkout summary, invoice or proposal together with these terms. A project begins when the required payment or agreed milestone is received and SEENERA accepts the scope. If a written proposal contains terms that differ from these general terms, the written proposal controls for that project.
2. Scope of Services
SEENERA provides creative production and related digital services, including video editing, design, motion graphics, content production, strategy, online utilities, and supported AI-assisted features. The exact deliverables, delivery estimate, revision allowance, add-ons, and exclusions shown for the selected service or agreed in writing form the project scope. Material changes to the brief, duration, quantity, format, or creative direction may require a revised quote, add-on, or delivery schedule.
3. Online Tools & AI Features
Some SEENERA tools run automatically in the browser or use third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Automated outputs can contain errors, omissions, formatting issues, or unexpected results and should be reviewed before professional, legal, financial, medical, publication, or production use. Availability, model capabilities, processing limits, and generation times may change because of provider capacity, safety controls, quotas, or maintenance. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any content you upload or submit.
4. Payment & Billing
Prices are shown in the currencies and payment routes supported by the website for the selected service, plan, region, or order. Payments may be processed by one or more configured payment providers or by an approved bank-transfer route. Fixed-price website orders are normally charged according to the checkout total; custom projects or written proposals may instead use deposits or milestones. Taxes, conversion charges, intermediary bank fees, or payment-provider fees may apply where disclosed or required. An order is not treated as paid until SEENERA receives successful payment confirmation or verifies an approved transfer.
5. Revisions & Client Responsibilities
Each service or plan includes the revision allowance stated on its page, checkout summary, or written proposal. Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope may require an add-on or separate quote. You are responsible for providing usable source files, accurate instructions, required permissions, brand assets, references, and timely feedback. Delays in receiving required client materials or approvals may move the delivery estimate.
6. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Assets
After full payment, rights in the final custom deliverables created specifically for you transfer or are licensed to you to the extent stated in the applicable service or proposal. Third-party materials such as stock media, fonts, music, templates, software, AI model outputs, or other licensed assets remain subject to their own licence terms. Raw files, working files, editable project files, source material, and production templates are included only when the selected service or written agreement expressly says so. Portfolio use is subject to any confidentiality commitment or NDA agreed for the project.
7. Confidentiality & Security
SEENERA uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect account, project, and payment-related information. Access to project material is limited according to operational need. If an NDA or separate confidentiality agreement applies, its specific terms control. No internet, storage, or communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should avoid submitting information that is not required for the requested service.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the service stage, work already performed, committed production resources, milestone status, and the applicable Refund Policy. Before production starts, a fixed-price order may qualify for a partial or full refund depending on work already completed. Once production, research, editing, design, generation, or other execution has begun, refundable amounts may be reduced or unavailable for the completed or committed portion. Approved refunds are returned through an appropriate payment route and may take additional time to appear because of payment-provider or banking processing.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use SEENERA services, tools, accounts, uploads, or AI features to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, bypass security controls, abuse provider limits, impersonate others deceptively, or submit content you are not authorised to use. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, SEENERA, or the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SEENERA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or delivered work. For a paid project, SEENERA's aggregate liability relating to that project will not exceed the amount paid to SEENERA for the affected service, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing Law, Changes & Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Disputes relating to SEENERA are subject to the competent courts in Rajasthan, India, unless a written agreement requires another lawful dispute-resolution process.
